My Story
Love to Shine On is my story.
I've loved jewellery and wearing it since I was little, I would play dress ups and light up when I put my Grandma's old costume jewellery on. Parading around the house in Mum's oversized shoes and the beautiful shiny jewellery.
Although one day I dressed up, put Mum’s engagement ring on then went to play outside in the long grass and lost it never to be found again…that’s another story!
As a kid I also used beads and shells from old broken necklaces to play around and make my own jewellery. I remember dreaming of owning a shop which sold the most beautiful jewellery from different artists. Then later in life I completed beading courses, silversmithing and created craft glass jewellery for fun and that I loved to wear.
As I grew older I purchased crystals of all shapes and colours for their beauty, or as I was drawn to them. My love of crystals grew and so did my collection! I wanted to know more about them, their energies and properties. The more I learnt the more I discovered and grew, so did my awareness that there is so much more to life and crystals.
That discovery and reading of books, finding out more about crystals, energy, meditation and awareness has helped me evolve into who I am today. This is what I want to share with you through beautiful crystal energy jewellery and tools to help. What better way to share my love of crystals and jewellery than to bring them together, the perfect pairing.
What do I love about crystals?
They are created by nature, they carry energy and vibrations from the earth to help us, they are shiny, beautiful, unique, each one is different and they draw us in when needed and ground us. So why not wear them proudly, they look beautiful and you get the benefit of their energy to make you feel good at the same time. Shining on the inside and the out. Look good, feel great, shine!
My inspiration
Love to Shine on is a dream and a vision I have had for over 20 years. As I have grown and learnt more about myself... including the challenge of how to switch off, meditate and become more consciously aware. I finally listened to the message I was receiving, rather than what I believed I should be doing, and aligned with my inner core, what makes my heart sing and shine!
