Returns

Please contact me within 48 hours of you receiving your parcel. All items must be received back in their original condition within 14 days to receive a refund.  After this time all sales are final. I do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Rings in a saleable condition may be exchanged for a different size based on stock availability. Where stock is not available a refund can be requested.

For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept earrings for returns unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault. All earring sales are final.

Please note, I do not refund shipping charges and goods must be returned via post at your own expense. Please do not return items without first contacting me at steph@lovetoshineon.com 

I advise you to use a shipping method that is traceable or requires delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for items lost in transit.  If returned items arrive damaged due to lack of protection (i.e. not in a padded envelope), the return will not be processed, and the items will be sent back to the address provided. 

I take care in packaging the items for a safe delivery. I do not take responsibility for breakages during transit.   

If you have a ring and taken it to a jeweller to be altered in any way, you will not be entitled to a return. I observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet the return policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

While I try to ensure all orders are correct before being sent out, it is the customer's responsibility to check their order upon delivery to make sure.
