Shipping policy

All domestic items are shipped using Australia Post. Your item will be shipped within 7 business days of ordering with tracking unless otherwise informed.

Standard delivery timeframes apply on your order. For more information please refer to Australia Post delivery timeframes for your region or check your tracking number confirmation emailed once your parcel has been posted.

I am unable to ship to post office boxes so please use a physical address to send to.

Please note there is no delivery on weekends.

Orders over $100 in Australia only will receive free shipping, please select the free shipping option at checkout in the shipping section. NZ has a flat fee of $11.

Please note there may be delays in deliveries due to COVID, especially for any overseas orders with the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions. in this case please check with your international post.

I am happy to help if your order is late, however I cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are missing after delivery. No signature is required on delivery. Please make sure there is somewhere safe to leave your parcel if nobody is home.

All International orders will be sent standard delivery by Australia Post. 

For international orders I cannot guarantee you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties as these may be charged when the parcel reaches its destination depending on your countries requirements. The charges are to be paid by the recipient or the parcel.
